1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NovaAI (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, AI workbench, subscription memberships and prepaid wallet. By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a legal guardian.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- The AI Pro membership is billed at $20.00 USD per month unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Payments may be made by card or from your NovaAI wallet balance. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
- We may adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
4. Wallet Balance
Wallet top-ups are prepaid digital credits redeemable only for NovaAI services. Balance is non-withdrawable, non-transferable, does not accrue interest, and holds no monetary value outside the platform. Top-up amounts are limited to $1–$500 per transaction.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service; share or resell your account; use the service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or another user’s account.
6. AI-Generated Output
AI output is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them and for your use of generated content in compliance with applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The website, software, branding, and service are owned by NovaAI and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for your own purposes while your account is in good standing.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security, fraud, or legal risk. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory protections granted by your local law.
