1. Who we are
NovaAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an AI subscription service at dhsjkahdjksah.site. We provide an AI workbench that is available to registered members who top up an in-site wallet and subscribe to a monthly plan. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: email address, username, and password (stored in encrypted/hashed form).
- Billing information: name, billing address, country/state, postal code and phone number you enter at checkout.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider WooPayments (powered by Stripe). We never see or store your full card number; we only receive the card brand, last four digits, and a payment token.
- Wallet & subscription data: wallet balance, top-up and transaction history, plan status, and renewal records.
- Service data: the prompts you send to the AI workbench, in order to return responses and maintain a short conversation history within your account.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, and basic usage logs used for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account, wallet and active subscription.
- To process payments, top-ups, renewals and refunds.
- To deliver and operate the AI workbench for active members.
- To send transactional messages (receipts, renewal and account notices).
- To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access, and to comply with legal and payment-network obligations.
- To provide customer support and respond to requests.
4. Legal bases (GDPR/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (account, wallet, subscription and AI service), on the basis of legitimate interests for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with legal and tax obligations. We rely on consent only where separately requested.
5. Who we share data with
- Payment processors: WooPayments / Stripe, to authorise and settle card payments.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers that run our website and database under appropriate safeguards.
- AI model providers that generate workbench responses to the prompts you submit.
- Authorities or counterparties where required by law, legal process, or to prevent fraud and chargeback abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in, maintain your cart and wallet session, and remember checkout fields. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Data retention
We keep account, wallet, subscription and financial records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by tax, accounting and payment-network rules (typically several years). Conversation history may be cleared from your account at any time on request.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. California (CCPA/CPRA) residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights; EU/UK users have rights to access, rectify, erasure, portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the legally required period.
9. Security
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and card data is handled by PCI-DSS certified payment processors rather than stored on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
10. Children
Our service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including the United States). Where required, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place with our processors.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
13. Contact
For any privacy question or request, contact NovaAI at 2531023355@qq.com or write to 2500 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, United States.
